How do we do this ?


YouNus focuses on carefully researched areas, that offers great  investment opportunities whilst helping family and less abled people to sustain a suitable and affordable accommodation. 


We approach local authorities empty homes departments to have an access to empty properties that could be converted and developed to affordable and adapted accommodation for people with disabilities. 


We are certified professional property investor and work with our power team including brokers, accountants, surveyors, builders, letting and estate agents. 


INVESTMENT STRATEGY

Our investment strategy 


  • To develop: high end suitable and affordable accommodation for families and adults with special needs, to live an independent life. 


  • To lease/ rent: to local authorities, housing associations and  families, using special management team.


  • To refinance or sell to specialist investors in supported accommodation and independent living.



What type of funding are we looking for ?


We are looking for private investors, who are happy to invest in our business model for profit not as a donation. 


We use investors fund, secured in property, giving them better return on their investment than the banks.


We joint venture with other professional investors or/and angel investors within the UK.

Social prescribing

We provide bespoke social prescribing service and support to all our residents, focusing on all social determinants of health, ie employment, isolation, social welfare benefits, health and social care. 


We empower disabled people facing a wide varieties of challenging circumstances to lead more resilient and independent lives, bringing people from all works of life together through our community engagement outreach.
